Nice culture and people are supportive.

It’s really hard to make plans on weekday evenings because you never know when work will land on your plate. Things can change last minute, so it feels risky to commit to anything outside of work Monday to Friday. There are also times when weekend work is expected, which makes it even harder to fully switch off and recharge.
