Pros
I was working at Ahmedabad location with fixed asset team for more than 2.5 Yrs. Pros. Company has good brand name and provides good learning opportunities as far as valuation is concern.
Cons
1. Remunerations are very less as compared with industry standards. 2. Work culture (specially those who are next to the top management) over here is not so professional ("Lala culture"). 3. Company has hire n fire policy, top management only cares about those who has spent more than 8-10 yrs. of tenure over here. 4. Give special attention to your JD (job description) from hr, it covers only good side of what you are going to perform. 5. 5 days a week policy but you might get one or two Saturdays in a month to enjoy! 6. Be conscious while leaving as they need 3 months notice period (irrespective of the level at which you are operating), you might not get relieving letter and some times full and final outstanding as well. Be a part of this organization only if you want to make your career in valuation else there are pool of other opportunities in core engineering domains.
