There is virtually little to no room for growth upward. The opportunities for growth are lateral within other departments but it stops there. Sometimes even years and decades into the job.

Pretty much guaranteed work, stable hourly wage that doesn’t fluctuate.

Low hourly pay, high monthly premiums for benefits, high staff turnover, no room for growth as highly played favouritism platform.
