Pros
There is a lot of growth internally. RCAP Solutions treats their employees well and there are events throughout the year for us to engage in. Like the fact that we are all working towards helping the community.
Cons
Vaca time is accrued and not upfronted. However, sick time is and it rolls over to the following year, so that's a plus.
