Aim to deliver - Cleaner RCCN Employee Review

Talking the talk, not managing to do the walk. We’ve waited MONTHS cleaning supplies that have been on order. When they came, there was not enough, now we have to walk across a large site to put a little in a big bottle and trail back Lazy managers schedule meetings for training and updates and never turn up. They’ve allocated us with imops costing £££££s which we didn’t actually get trained on until we’d used them months. And to be honest they are NOT as effective as a real mop and bucket. Don’t even get me started on magic water. Don’t make me laugh.
