2yHappy to respond to this as I know this employee has been unhappy since day one and obviously does not appreciate all of the wonderful things RCF Group does for our employees. Check out our social media to see all of the fun things we do and also, the great work we do for our customers. We work hard and some people are just looking for something where they can do the least versus the most they can. During the interview process we clearly tell people it's a fast-paced industry. Communication is highly valued and always a two-way street. I would encourage this person to find a new place to work so they can find happiness. Unfortunately, this format allows those who want to complain and open forum to say anything they want whether true or not.
