Pros
The offices are nice. The installation workers are professional.
Cons
I waited almost two years after leaving RCF to post a review because I thought over time, I'd come to resent my time there less. Time does soften experiences, but I believe it Is fair to alert others of how terrible this work environment is. The management and staff is constantly turning over. The few people that have been there for a long time are rude as Hell. RCF Group turns over projects quickly because they work their employees to exhaustion. Expect 50-60 hour weeks. Expect sexual harassment from project managers and the GM. They throw new employees into larger projects than they are capable of and mistakes follow. Scroll through Linked In and see how many people have past worked at RCF, if you think I'm exaggerating the turnover rate. People leave because they get worked into the ground or get let go in very unprofessional ways. Do yourself a favor and avoid working here.
