Pros
-Meaningful work with clients and a great clinical staff -Will pay and train you for your RBT -PTO and benefits are offered to anyone who works 30+ direct hours a week
Cons
-No room for advancement if your an RBT -Mileage is a joke and only for the shortest route available I.e. despite traffic or having to take a different way. -They have a “tiered pay system” where you make less than minimum wage for required trainings and curriculum development/ materials -Will encourage you not to take a lunch break because they are constantly understaffed -Horrible communication between admin, HR, operations and clinical team. -If a client cancels the only other options are to sub or do indirect work which is reimbursed at a lower rate
