      Pros

      Great team and atmosphere. Very collaborative team leaders. Definitely nice place to start your career in sales. Great training and some holiday related benefits, like free weeks at RCI resorts.

      Cons

      Low pay. Very low career development opportunities. Not flexible working hours and brakes. Very unfriendly sick pay scheme.

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

      Cons

      The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.
