Pros

The 6 week training session is overwhelming, but definitely needed. The benefits package is awesome, you'll receive health coverage after 30 days. If you are doing well, your paycheck will show it. You'll continually learn more about traveling, geography, and the resorts you are trying to sell. You get to talk to a wide variety of people all day. Also, it's incoming calling, so there is no cold-calling required.

Cons

If you can't take a high-stress job I wouldn't suggest it. There are tons of promotions you have to keep track of, people who will call you to do nothing but yell. In high season (mostly summer and before the holidays) there will be no inventory for you to offer, and your paycheck will suffer. You will have to work late hours when you start. (until midnight during the week and most likely 8 pm on the weekends) Be prepared to apologize a lot to people calling you. They have a attendance policy that is unlike any I've seen before. If you do not want to work you can call in, but prepared that if you are really sick and do not have time left, to be let go. There is a high turnover rate because of this. Also, if you do not meet up to expectations on a monthly basis, you will have to go through a disciplinary cycle. The company is ALWAYS changing, so be prepared to stay on your toes.

Pros

Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

Cons

The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.
