- Unrealistic expectations and targets; it is extremely difficult for an associate to meet monthly goals despite significant effort and deliverables because they are given very difficult and low value clients which require more time. E.g. 15 deliverables in one month, still didn't meet my target that month.
- The job does not match the promises made during the interview. E.g. Can be promised to start lower and be promoted after probation, is not so easy to happen. Can be promised higher salary because of commission, but that can be unrealistic.
- Lack of appreciation and recognition from management and co-workers. Even if someone is an expert in a field, it is not taken into consideration which leads to a lack of engagement and job satisfaction.
- Frequent policy changes, reflecting a short-term focus that prioritises quick results over client satisfaction and employee well-being.
-Work culture where assistance is often contingent only on financial incentives.
