Not a supportive workplace it claims to be - Anonymous employee RCP Parking Employee Review

Joined the company based on its claims of being a “great place to work” but the experience was completely different. Management showed little understanding of how to treat staff with respect or professionalism. There was no genuine support, and people were often discarded once no longer deemed useful. The culture was demotivating, with poor communication and a lack of accountability from leadership. Would not recommend unless serious changes are made to how people are managed and valued.
