Pros
The company is fairly small, and there is a family feel to it overall. The owner has great vision and is technically savvy. Basically, it is a small firm filled with extremely talented engineers, and the work they do is enormously fun. The workplace itself is relaxed, and they eschew formal dress codes and things like that.
Cons
There is little room for advancement because it's such a small company. Basically, employees are "stuck" in either the technical side or the support side. The pay was reasonable for me (on the support side), but the income earners (technical folks) made serious bank from what I could tell.
