Pros

Difficult to say. Not many here...

Cons

Beware of the lies and corruption that come from this company! There is no HR here (through a conscious decision which should be a big enough red flag) so if you have any issues or points to raise you will either be pushed aside and ignored or simply fired so the issue is no longer there. The head of departments are corrupt, lack leader ship skills and are very belittling which leads to an incredibly unpleasant work environment. Their number one priority is money despite selling you the initial dream that they want to invest in their employees and create "amazing films." The people at the top lack any kind of empathy, morals or creativity to achieve anything amazing. Your talents and passion will be wasted here. It also generally feels a bit like stepping into a time machine when entering the office due to the lack of diversity and the way senior staff talk to others in the office. No one seems to know how to have a discussion when issues arise but will instead shout, be aggressive and act like spoilt children to get their points across. A lot of the behaviour witnessed was completely inappropriate for a work place. Even if you are desperate for work, don't lower yourself to this company. You are simply not paid enough for the stress.

Pros

- You get to work on some pretty cool projects with some big-name clients. - The people they hire are pretty incredible, although the good ones don't typically last long. - After leaving I did get some pretty good-paying freelance gigs from former clients I worked with there.

Cons

- Low pay and limited benefits for full-time employees. - They will take on projects with budgets that don't fit the project and expect producers to get at minimum a 40% profit rate. - They pay freelancers poorly. - There is no support from Upper Management, you can tell them there is a problem with the project for weeks and they won't step in or provide any support until it's too late to actually fix anything. - Managers have zero respect for your time, they can schedule a meeting with you for 9:00 am and they won't show up and won't respond to any messages for a few hours, often without a measly sorry. - They'll have PAs doing the work of Producers but without the title or pay.

Pros

Met nice and talented people at team, most of them left already.

Cons

All management cares about is expanding at a breakneck pace, even if it's not sustainable or fair to the employees.
