Pros
- Things are not properly organized, thus you have the chance of stepping up to fix them. - People are friendly and willing to help you. - If you are at the beginning of your career you can learn a lot here.
Cons
- Leadership: managers are unprepared, directors are uninformed of what happens on the ground and there's a gap of communication between leadership levels. - Leaders avoid talking about future, career and promotions (maybe due to the lack of maturity to do so). - Salary could be better. - Benchmark has become a bureaucracy instead of actually benchmarking (people didn't shift from the follower mindset - leaders do not realize the potencial they have to offer to the market, RD needs to start leading but leaders lack vision) .
