Not even sure where to start. There is a total disconnect between management, sales, marketing and project teams. Terrible communication from management. There are serious blurred lines in terms of roles and responsibilities leaving more questions than answers and a lot of disorganization on projects. Some key people on projects (project managers, architects) were very difficult to get information from, making project onboarding nearly impossible. Some key project team members (project managers, architects) were unresponsive and would go missing for hours at a time. This is the first place I have been on a development team where collaboration was painful and at times hostile between project contributors. There is a revolving door of resources on project teams. Compensation and benefits are on the lower end compared to market. There is a ton of weekly overhead and additional noise from HR and finance that is not typical at other consulting shops. Pray you don't need anything from HR because you likely aren't getting a response. Happy I saw the writing on the wall and moved on to greener pastures.
