      Ok to start carrier, but very bad for growth of mid and Sr level - Senior Software Developer RDA Labs Employee Review

      Pros

      1. Starting as fresher you will learn new technologies. But after 1 year you will realize resign ASAP. 2. They can pay you better than well if urgency, but can fire you next day when they think now no use of you. 3. Nice Lunch free. 4. Management will listen to your suggestions, but they don't actually implement those valuable ideas.

      Cons

      1. Will have to work with biased management for regions and ethnicity. 2. Can't expect hike every year, bcoz it's limited to few specific people and these specific people can get hike thrice a year also. 3. They Can tell you to leave laptop and id card and will tell you not to come from tomorrow. It's somehow indirectly written in offer letter TnC. 4. You will be working 9AM to 11 PM daily and for projects which will never go live. 5. They will promise you comp-off for working on weekends or holidays, which will never be given. 6. HR people will track your profile updation on naukari.com, yeah seriously. 7. Daily syncup meetings will be scheduled after office hours, which is compulsory to attend from office only. 8. 2019 recently no work at all. CEO will tell we have full work till next 2 years. 9. You won't get required hardware configuration enough for your work to be completed. 10. You will not get 2 months salary after resign till notice is served. 11. Relieving certificate will be given after some months of leaving the company. 12. Management will ask you to give 5 star and give good review on glass door and other platforms.

      We don't consider this as feedback but rather ranting. By giving a false title, the person who put these comments thought that we won't recognize this individual. Yes, there will be a few outliers always and when they get caught on wrongdoing, we will take disciplinary action. We have done it in the past and we will continue to do in the future. That makes our extended family at RDALabs strong every single day. Our team and our clients are our assets and we will do everything possible to take care of our employees if they act and function as an employee instead of trying to lie and cheat the system - we will NOT tolerate such action at RDALabs. This is 100% false accusation because the person lost her/his job and no longer working for RDALabs - faced disciplinary action.

      Pros

      RDAlabs is my 4th employer in my 12 years of professional life and the smallest company compared to the other three companies but I can proudly say that RDAlabs is the BEST company that I have ever worked for. I would like to share an experience then only you will know what I meant. From the CEO to my peers, the people really care for each other. There is no hype here - everybody here at RDA is very down-to-earth folks but technically the BEST in the industry. I was facing some challenges to address a problem and I had a very tight schedule to meet. A few of my colleagues depended on my deliverables as well. I was working with a SME to solve the issue but he was also struggling to solve the problem. All of a sudden, a casual chat came from my CEO - he does it once in a while with the team just to make sure that everybody is doing good. During my chat with the CEO, I brought up the issue that I was facing - note that he is a hard-core techie as well. He immediately asked two others architects to immediately help me and my colleagues and in a matter of a few hours, they were able to solve the problem. The amazing part of the entire incident was, he was on this case until the issue got resolved. This incident gave me a different perspective and has given me several new skills/traits in my professional life plus my confidence level increased drastically. If anybody is looking for professional, personal, and of course, financial growth then join companies like RDAlabs. I am sure there are other firms like RDAlabs but I feel so happy and blessed to be part of this organization.

      Cons

      Nothing as such!! A lot of work and each one is challenging so if you are looking for status-quo then RDAlabs is not the place but if you want to grow then RDAlabs is all yours.

      Good co-workers to look upto Good Tech stack to learn Remote option is great

      Cons

      Poor salary to start with Micromanagement at its best Constant Overtime without pay
