3yThe wellbeing of all RDH employees is very important to us. Without our people, who are our greatest asset, the things we've achieved to date would not have been possible. We take your honest and transparent feedback seriously and are always actively seeking to improve the way management can better engage, support, and respond to their teams.
RDH, like all businesses, will encounter challenges as it grows. Balancing that with culture and operations is a process, but a continual one that we are committed to. We are sorry to hear the issues you raised—whether about communication, project priorities, or others—didn't leave feelings of resolve. It's a priority that workplace challenges like the examples you raised have a process for resolution and that our managers are trained and equipped to facilitate it.
