Pros

You will be respected here, As a student with quite a strict education schedule I was met with patience and flexibility regarding my work schedule. I like working here because I feel comfortable, My suggestions or needs are heard and met. RDI also has lots of activities each month which help keep us involved with each other.

Cons

As any workplace you will experience stress, Sometimes your schedule will end late or start very early depending on the shifts you choose and what you agree with. Some campaigns will be stricter than others which means that if your campaign closes there might not be the same flexibility you had on the previous one.

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Cons

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Pros

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Cons

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
