Pros

They feed you a lot and have a nice attendance system.

Cons

The place is terrible. The pay is not livable. They push work life balance an just switch everything up on you with no explanations. The site manager is a axxhole. The training classes are the worst. I’ve never felt so unprepared in my life. That place is for first time jobs an old folks that want to come out of retirement an need a social life.

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Cons

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Pros

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Cons

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
