Pros
-Quality of life is good. You never really have to take work home with you. In my role when I was done, I was done for the day. -Work environment was very comfortable. It was relaxed, but when you were busy it was super busy and deadlines needed to be met.
Cons
-Vendor management. We were always 60+ days late paying with vendors and we would have to have them rush orders. It got to the point where vendors didn't want to help because they weren't getting paid. -Growth. There is none. Great place for people who don't want to make more than an annual raise.
