I started working at RDM Associates right out of college and have been here ever since. Going on ten years now. They have created a fantastic work environment for their employees: employee recognition, regular staff meetings to keep everyone informed, team outings, etc. RDM Associates cares about their employees (and their clients) in a way that you will not find in most other organizations. I am extremely thankful to have found RDM Associates.
