Good people, good work-life balance

Smaller clients, not much variety of work

I worked on a great team where I felt supported by my peers and management. Had a great relationship with my direct manager. We worked with some great clients and had fun doing it. I gained a lot of experience as someone straight out of college.

The company moved from its own office to a cramped coworking space, which can be very difficult for people with certain working styles and even medical needs. I eventually had to move on because I could no longer work in this environment. While they do their best to advance you in title as a young professional, don't expect a livable salary to go with it. Senior management is out of touch with current economic and job market conditions.
