Pros
Reapra focused a lot on personal self-development and learning about self and working with the community. It is pretty interesting how you get paid to not just do the job but to develop on oneself through deep self-reflection works and certain framework that the company has developed to help founders (but also to help employees grow).
Cons
There can be clearer structure in terms of the company/team's mission & vision, integrated with the operational flow.
