My broker was fabulous and always available to answer questions or offer assistance. Fellow Realtors in the office were friendly and helpful. Family atmosphere. Continuous education in the office.
Cons
Broker competed with agents instead of strictly being a broker. Calls often seemed to go to a few select agents instead of on a rotation basis. Expensive fees.
