      Pros

      Re/Max is a great company and the brand recognition is truly there. There are Re/Max companies worldwide, and the company name speaks for itself. Well respected and known. It's a wonderful company.

      Cons

      Some of the rules that are governed by the company can be a bit restricting. There are plenty of agents within the company and most of the offices have Broker Manages that competes with the agents.

      Do everything possible to set their agents up for success! Great team mentality. Everyone wants to see each other succeed!

      Commission only, but that’s real estate.
