      Pros

      It's a well known Company in USA and worldwide, this make easy to do referral.

      Cons

      Very expensive company. Realtors at Re/Max have to pay monthly fees, annual fees. Also when you do a closing you have to give them 10% plus more transaction fees and have to donate at least $5 to a charity they choose.

      Commission only, but that’s real estate.
