Pros

Pays good. Free coffee and the have birthdays

Cons

Everything else? This job is kind of a fossil and it showed on the floor. Not really 'inclusive'. Staff is not knowladgable about current technology so they force everyone onsite. Not my cup of tea.

Pros

Overall company culture is positive. I feel valued for my work and as a person, and I feel trusted and respected. I can tell they truly care about their employees. You are recognized for going above and beyond.

Cons

Things can get busy, but normal workload is within reason. Like any small to midsize company, you might be asked to help with things outside of your regular responsibilities.

Pros

The company has a strong and hardworking team that takes pride in delivering for customers. Many team members genuinely care about doing things the right way and supporting one another under demanding schedules. The company fosters a great culture and wants to grow.

Cons

As a design-build integrator, there is an important opportunity to strengthen accountability around design clarity and standardization. Rack installers execute based on the drawings and specifications provided. When field issues arise, it is important to evaluate whether the issued details, sequencing guidance, and technical direction were clear, coordinated, and technically sound. The responsibility for defining installation standards begins upstream in the sales and design review process. At times, greater alignment between design and sales would help reduce misunderstandings and unnecessary friction. Strengthening internal review procedures and reinforcing ownership of design clarity will drive more consistent outcomes across projects. Installers bring valuable practical insight, but their contractual role is to install per issued documentation, not reinterpret or redesign it. Sales and Design still need to make sure that there is clear, coordinated, and defensible documentation for consistent project management and installation performance. Continued investment in stronger reviews, cross-functional coordination, and root-cause analysis (rather than fault-finding) would elevate performance significantly.
