Pros

The people I get to work alongside are really great, almost everyone is nice, driven, and very knowledgeable. There is also beer and a pretty laid-back attitude.

Cons

Employees are treated like equipment. "How much can we stretch them and squeeze them so that we don't have to hire more people." I think there are some fundamental issues that the company needs to work through, but can't seem to do it. I don't know if it is because of management, bad deals, or what. It seems like workers keep leaving or getting fired, they don't seem to be hiring at the same rate that we are loosing people, but we keep getting more clients and more work.

Pros

Great talent, great people, lots of experience

Cons

1000s of clients, bad documentation. I would go through and work on about 90-100 tickets in a given week. Too much stress doing that, and seemingly no way to move up. If you are good at your job, they want to keep you right where you are.
