Pros

- (Homes: Working at the group homes in the evenings/night are great if you have a second job or in school. It's a great environment and the staff are great once you form trust. Easy work.] - [Day Program: Beautiful building/location. You get to explore the local community and do fun activities throughout the week. It's very different than the homes.] - Another pro is that you can get a lot of overtime. - If you stay with the company for many years they will pay for your school tuition.

Cons

1. Both group homes and day program are very low pay for the amount of stress and burnout. 2. No sick time given. Around a week total of pto given but it's the same as sick time. 3. Small chance of upward career growth even though they say its possible. 4. People frequently get fired or quit. Very high turnover rate
