Pros

This is like asking what's the "pro" of having an arm amputated. I guess you weigh less? Truthfully, this is a company where everyone is a chicken with their head cut off. The only pro is that there is so little work to do that you could easily collect this as a second paycheck and work full time somewhere else at the same time.

Cons

Buckle up, I'm gonna set a word count glassdoor record here. Let's start with the obvious - the company ideal of "bringing the world to your block" is complete BS. This company wants to bring Wendy's and DJ Khaled to your block, and anything else is just eating up valuable real estate in the way. The CEO would say differently if he could ever get Mr. Beast's burger out of his mouth long enough to say so (yes that's a euphemism). Exec management has been seduced by the kitchens model so thoroughly that they'll plaster the "startup" excuse on anything that shows no promise of profitability, and are willing to slash and burn in the name of their almighty God, Dave Thomas. Career opportunities? Forget about it. You'll get hired in your position and it'll never change unless someone decides you're on their team now. Promotions are nonexistent and raises are harder to find than anyone who knows how the HR system works. As for compensation, you're underpaid for your title, and your title is inflated so good luck making a lateral move somewhere else. Oh and that bonus they tell you about? Get ready to receive it in part and then be "generously" offered the rest in stock - AKA the opportunity to pay them back your bonus to purchase stock in a company that couldn't afford to pay bonuses. Great investment strategy. The culture has zero middle ground between work 26 hours a day or 2 hours a week, and usually it's the latter half of that group that actually makes money for the company. There's no value presence other than worshipping whatever acronym the execs came up with that calendar quarter (right now it's PKP, which stands for Parking, Kitchens, Profitability - not Painfully Killing Productivity, which is what all your unnecessary meetings will do), which includes loudly cheering during all hands meetings when Ari mentions the "reductions in labor costs" (read: mass layoffs) that move them towards "profitability". As for diversity and inclusion, nothing has made me laugh more while working here to see the one picture they send out after every all hands, retreat, or summit that loudly exclaims "oh yeah, we have women that work here too!" The bottom line is simply this: unless you enjoy being lectured to, blindly following incompetent leaders, and being ordered to do illegal things to keep your business afloat (oh I didn't mention that part? This will be a fun google journey for you - "reef permitting" or "reef vendors"), you'll hate working here. The building is on fire, but the people telling you everything's fine are pouring kerosene on the flames thinking it's water. In 5 years this company will be a case study for all the wrong reasons.
