Pros
Many of the people that work for Reef are incredible people and very good at what they do "if only the CEO was not in way over his head". The model is genius and if run correctly will flourish in any market.
Cons
When i joined Reef i was very excited to be a part of something that had such potential but the senior leadership has no idea what they are doing! The business objectives change daily and the communication from leadership to the rest of Reef is poor "that is being nice".
