Pros
- some of the people were awesome, great to work with, supportive and understanding - total flexibility - remote work (back then) - good salary (in the beginning they recognized if you worked hard and was willing to go an extra mile and they increased a salary)
Cons
- work life balance (I was flexible, but sometimes they were was a push resulting in late night work and calls) - lack of proper management (sometimes I felt like left hand didn't know about the existence of right hand, let alone knowing what it was doing) - sudden massive layoffs - ridiculous and non sensical 'back to the office' policy - toxic culture (On one of the townhalls Ari praised some employees for meeting potential partner in Europe despite they were sick with Covid and didn't sleep because they working on materials for the partner. And they got promoted. So you have to sacrifice your health, sleep and possibly endanger partner and others with Covid to get promotion).
