Difficult to find parking near office

You get exposure but it is only because the company is short on staff.

There is no HR and benefits are not the best. Owner glorifies himself and makes it seem like his employees owe him something. This is a family owned business and a good portion of the employees are family, so there is a lot of favoritism and everything is taken personal. Micromanagement with every step you take. Company does not take responsibility for their faults and instead blames employees. Owner got the business from his father so this is all he knows and is very close minded. Exit interview is a joke, an exit interview is supposed to be on your last day. Senior designers are stuck in the same position and not given enough credit or growth. The offices of the owner and vice president are not sound proof, heard owner on multiple occasions make unprofessional expressions towards colleagues in the field. How would anyone want to represent him as an employee? Company deletes google reviews to appear to be the perfect workplace. Timesheets are done on excel. All project always seem to be going downhill....short staffed. No communication or efficient delegation of tasks. Some employees have very low professionalism and do not know how to vocalize things in an office environment.
