Pros
Easy to meet people and network. Less silo-ing within mfg/MSAT/QA/PD/eng than other pharmas in the area. High standard of work is expected. Most ppl who work here are smart. It's refreshing. Promotions from within vs hiring externally are common in my department. (Not the case for all)
Cons
It's not enough to be ok with things. Have to pretend to LOVE everything. It's work. Nobody is going to love everything at any job. Gets exhausting. Inconsistent expectations about scope of role/title. Lots of back slapping over forced metrics Tooooooo many cooks for mundane decisions. Most of the cooks are very smart, like I said earlier. But there's still too many.
