HQ staff work from home

Cons

The culture has significantly declined. What was once a great place to work (under Tim Casey) changed dramatically when the investment group became directly involved in operations. Leadership demonstrated a lack of ethics and little regard for its people and its previously strong company culture, taking a highly authoritarian approach. As a result, nearly the entire VP and Director leadership team departed, with only one remaining.

Under-performers at upper level were chomping on the bit to take credit for your ideas and work. “Yes man” environment.

Pros

There isn’t a good thing about working for Rego!

Cons

They’ll bring you onboard without offering any real support. You won’t be allowed to fix equipment, but you’ll still be held accountable when things break. They’ll blame you for problems caused by previous management, even when it’s out of your control. On top of that, they let utilities get shut off and fail to pay bills — then try to pin the responsibility on you.
