REHAU is a great company. They care about their employees and make a point of rewarding accomplishments and seeking ways to improve the work environment. The last five years they have focused on streamlining processes and simplifying procedures. This is a fun time to be working here and the future looks very bright.
Cons
This is a global company so you must get used to dealing with many people from other countries and cultures, some who are not strong communicating in English. This can be a challenge if you have never worked outside the US.
