1. If patient (over 10 years) pay will eventually match Northern Virginia average pay for your position 2. Ability to wear multiple hats
Cons
1. Many plant managers are completely incompetent 2. Supporting staff including HR have lost all decent people and are a nightmare to work with 3. Pay increases never assigned with more responsibility. Rather, work is loaded onto individuals who are high performers, until they are at break points before they may ever see a raise for their increased output. 4. HR is completely inept at understanding DEI in US companies, plus the “Great Place to Work” award is a complete joke.
