Amazing work that varies in scope and difficulty. Never a boring day. We get to design and build some truly awesome custom machines for some of the largest manufacturers in the world.
Cons
Unnecessary stress, perpetually behind schedule. Management seems to think that pounding their fist harder will result in increased output.
