Because we design and build custom machines, there are many opportunities available. This requires an innovative personality that seeks out solutions to complex problems. It is an ever changing environment that is difficult for some but others thrive. I enjoy constant change and exciting opportunities. We never produce the same machine - we are always looking for ways to create the best machines we can for our customers. This is a great place to work if you have imagination and drive. If you can collaborate with others and accept constructive counter ideas - if you are confident and intelligent - This is and environment that will allow you to grow.

Because we are growing - policies and procedures are currently being put in place. These were a long time coming but will add structure to the organization. We are constantly changing directions as a part of the business - customers post-pone projects- management makes decisions that can effect the schedule - these things are a result of the business we are in.
