      Pros

      the team members are great. the manager is quite friendly and helpful. quite fun and get to meet new people.

      Cons

      some months you get days to work and some months not even one day. mostly you might get in a problematic station because the sampling supply doesn't arrive or is damage when doing bigger activities

      Pros

      Extremely flexible hours. You are left to figure most things out on your own, extremely independent mindset. The bosses are (very) straightforward with their opinions. The place is extremely casual.

      Cons

      Sometimes deadlines require long hours to get a project done, but there is OT.
