      Future-proof product with a clear positive environmental impact Flexible culture with little bureaucracy (including a great remote work policy) Continuous drive for improvement across all areas (company value: Stop doing stupid things) The founders are still very much involved in the company operations: shows their commitment to everything we do The company culture is positive, vibrant, energetic and all in all you feel that we are always striving to improve Global mindset and fast growth but loyal to the humble Finnish roots: letting the results speak! Lots of opportunities to learn new and grow professionally, including international and cross-functional transfers No micro-management but supportive leadership with a commitment to help the team grow professionally

      Cons

      Some say that the salary level is not high enough but I don't have such experience and when asked for a raise, my feedback has been listened to and the management has been very transparent about any salary-related changes
