Pros

RELO Direct has an incredible group of employees. The team is talented, hard-working, and a pleasure to be around. The client/transferee experience is the #1 priority at all levels of the organization. The company is small enough that my contributions make a profound impact on the organization. However, it is big enough for me to make a significant impact on the industry. As many relocation management companies merge, I am happy to work for a financially stable company that can serve our clients at the highest level with the team we have in place and the backing of our parent company.

Cons

None come to mind. I guess that is because the leadership team listens to us and works to fill any gaps.

Pros

Insightful, forward thinking leadership team. Staffing structure allows opportunities at every level. Commitment to teamwork, responsibility and accountability shows through in RELO Direct's superior service to its clients. I have been with RELO Direct for several years and the knowledge and experience I have gained here so far is paramount to my career in relocation.

Cons

Being a medium sized player in an industry dominated by larger organizations limits RELO Direct's initial exposure to potential clients.
