You are left on an island alone with no guidance, standard operating procedures or practices. Team members are willing to help, only becuase they know what it is like to be deserted without any direction. Noted as a pro in the job listing that you are not micromanaged, the correct phrase should be that there is no management at all!

Gained some valuable great experience.

LIES LIE LIES....Had I known I wouldn't get insurance and possible wage increased that was stated in my offer letter, Would've never took the position. After that didn't happen, I totally lost interest. It was funny the owner (I was never a fan of from day one), brought a big house but the promises that was stipulated in the offer were never met!!!
