Pros
The only pro was a handful of genuinely good people who made the experience somewhat bearable, but even they were struggling under the same conditions.
Cons
I had an extremely negative experience working at Reotemp. The company consistently underpays its staff, expecting long hours of hard work without fair compensation. Despite the heavy workload, there’s very little recognition or support for employees’ efforts. The management fosters a toxic work environment, where communication is poor, and employees are often left feeling undervalued and burnt out. There’s a high turnover rate, which says a lot about the company’s inability to retain good talent. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend working here unless you’re prepared to be overworked, underpaid, no vacation time and treated unfairly. There are far better companies out there that treat their staff with respect and fairness.
