Sales associates tend to carry burden of responsibility through the entire process. We have to wear multiple hats to ensure customer satisfaction. There is no proven and duplicatable prospecting process and sometimes it feels as if you are on an island trying to achieve goals and grow the organization. It always feels as if you are understaffed in supporting roles.
