      Pros

      Amazing team and great company to learn and develop new skills in media and marketing. Collaborative environment where leadership encourages and supports input and ideas from all employees of all role levels. There was also no bureaucratic structure so entry level employees and founders would meet 1:1 regularly, which is great for younger workers who are looking to gain real professional skills. The biggest plus: the vibe is always friendly and the people who work here make working here a joy.

      Cons

      Like with any start up or media org there could sometimes be long hours/shortage of internal resources but leadership was usually pretty supportive/flexible when those challenges occurred.

Leadership is not only supportive but also deeply invested in the success of every team member. They trust and empower employees to take ownership of their work, giving us the freedom to grow into leaders in our own right. What I love most about RETHINK is that everyone, whether a sr leader or an entry level writer, is valued for their ideas, has a voice and can make a real impact.

      Cons

      As with any startup-like environment, things can sometimes be a little fast-paced and unstructured. That said, the leadership team is always open to feedback and continuously works to improve the balance.
