Pros

Pay was decent when you start off. 3,000 guarantee for first 3 months but then you go to 100% commision besides your 75k in base.

Cons

To much micromanagement. Director used to want to try and close your big deals and would loose them. Wouldn't close them and you are responsible for that failing even though you weren't the one closing. Be sure to close your own deals bc you will be held responsible wether it's you or him closing.

decent hours, normally not super busy, decent pay.

Cons

management is super strict about every little detail, they have and will fire you for no reason.
