Pros

Plenty of pros for working here from networking, office culture and the ramped training. You get the opportunity to meet so many sales reps within a 4 month span including alumni reps that come back for events or guest speak. Office culture is unmatched as its filled with excitement and encouragement as you achieve company goals. The training is tough, but you have plenty of support from management as you develop throughout the program.

Cons

Parking situation is not the best but it definitely incentives you to get in early to get good parking spot. Strolling in late will have you looking for a spot and needing to move from blocking another vehicle.

This is your best shot at a successful career in software sales. You learn a lot about the industry and get exposed to A BUNCH of different SAAS companies that you can join after you finish your 4 months at REVGEN.

Cons

The dials can be tough but you've got to start somewhere.
