Pros

Culinary Centers of hard working and dedicated GMs/RPMs and a handful of folks at head office

Cons

This company has a long history of a toxic and fear-based culture run by an egomaniac exec team . Perhaps, at one time, a visionary for RevFoods, however to truly run a servant-led, mission based company, they are not qualified. They don't know how to positively lead and interact effectively with people. Or just doesn't care about you. Surrounds themselves with sycophants who eventually leave the company tiring of aggro and unbearable tirades. They do not tolerate mistakes nor offers any sensitivity to be helpful in stressful situations. Constantly searching for faults in employees to blame for demanding unrealistic timelines that are not executable. Nor will they accept any constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. They lack integrity, authenticity and the leadership courage to do the right thing. It's my way or the highway - causing dissension among staff members. All those around want to avoid being the target of these workplace bully. This company is no longer the leader in changing school food for the better. Gone are the high standards for supply chain/procurement, ingredients, food preparation, and packaging. POOF! to the commitment to job creation in urban/inner city communities as does NOT exist! So, you’re tired of being beat down and want to do something about it – and are thinking about visiting human resources for safe place to vent. Beware, it’s a trap!
